We would like to introduce Paula, a volunteer that will work closely with the social media of InterVIA! 💯 We are proudly announcing that from September 2024, we have opened a new volunteering position related specifically to the social media - the Volunteer Ambassador! 🤩

Get to know her better! 💚

"Hello everyone! My name is Paula, I’m 21 years old, and I’ve come from Spain to the Czech Republic, specifically to Třinec, to volunteer by helping with social media. I’ve always been a very curious person with a lot of interests, eager to learn about different cultures, languages, and traditions. Additionally, this volunteer experience seems like the perfect opportunity to meet new people, help and learn from others, and, most importantly, to get to know myself better. In the mornings, I visit different centers and help people with special needs and motor difficulties. My goal is not only to provide support but also to promote help and commitment through social media.

At the centers, various activities are carried out, such as baking cookies, making necklaces, solving puzzles, going on excursions, singing, dancing, and more. Moreover, since I’m a very active person, in my free time I enjoy traveling, sports, and nature. I was really eager to step out of my comfort zone to live new experiences for a year that are completely different from the life I had in Spain. It’s an opportunity we shouldn’t miss out on.
