Let's read about Buse's miniproject in Siloe:)
"For Turkish people, breakfast is the most important part of the day. It is a fundamental part of the culture. Believing the fact that having breakfast is the most important factor in starting a good day, the as Turkish people we spend every morning having a well-prepared breakfast.
I wanted prepare Turkish style breakfast to our dear clients. I wanted them to have a breakfast like we prepare in Turkey. So I bought typical turkish cheese, olive, kaymak (simply, clotted cream, typically served with honey) from Turkish market in Prague. I cook Menemen (Turkish style scrambled eggs with peppers, tomatoes, and seasonings).
In our culture, all family members are together for breakfast. I felt like I was having breakfast with my family that day. Clients also seemed enjoyed so it was a very nice day for me."
