Viru's summer memories

Summer holiday has finished. Our former volunteers are already at home and newones are about to slowly settle down and today heading for the seminar. However let's look back today with Viru and see how she spent summer at Online club:)

"This summer has been different for me, but I have enjoyed it in the best
way. These last two months with a better weather, I have carried out different
activities with the clients of my project.
 

For example, with the teenagers from the club we did different football,
basketball, petanque, ping pong tournaments... it was a healthy way to spend
our free time. Also, we have been to Ostrava twice. First we went to do climbing
and it was a great experience, some of the clients were climbing for the first
time and they really liked having this opportunity. Furthermore, we did a scary
escape room in the same city. We worked as a team and we were able to leave
on time. It was very fun to see how we were scared but at the same time we
laughed a lot about the escape.
 

On the other hand, I also did activities with streetwork clients. We went to
the cinema and I was surprised because I understand a lot about the movie. In
addition, we went to the jump park. They did not stop jumping on the different
mattresses and I could see how little by little they jumped with less fear and
tried to do more maneuvers. Lastly, we also did a necklace and bracelet
workshop, I was very surprised by the turnout of this activity, they were super
creative and it was nice to see how their creative creations were exchanged.
