Roundtable for supervisors

It already became a tradition in our programme that two times a year, the supervisors of our international volunteers meet for a roundtable discussion, where they can share and learn information about their role! ☀️ It is an incredible opportunity to learn tips and tricks, share good and bad experience and learn how to handle various situations through "peer learning"! Here is what happened in the first roundatble of the generation 2024/2025.

"Our Department for International Relations organized two seminars titled "Round Table for Supervisors I," aimed at supporting supervisors of foreign volunteers in the interVIA program. During the seminar, supervisors had the opportunity to reflect on their work, share experiences, and collectively seek solutions to the challenges that come with mentoring volunteers. The goal was not only to strengthen collaboration and motivation but also to encourage an active approach to supervision. The seminar provided valuable insights and was enriching for all participants."
