Midterm seminar 2025 in Wisla - reflection, sharing and inspiration!

At the end of January 2025, the international volunteers participated in the Midterm seminar organised by Slezská diakonie ☀️.

Over the course of 5 days, volunteers had the opportunity to reflect on their journey so far, set new goals, and gain valuable insights through engaging workshops.

One of the key aspects of the seminar was self-reflection, as volunteers took the time to assess their personal and professional growth. 🧐 They also looked ahead, setting meaningful goals for the months to come, ensuring they continue making the most of their volunteering experience. 😁

In addition, participants dived into a variety of interactive workshops, covering topics relevant to their roles and experiences. These sessions provided inspiration, practical skills, and new perspectives, helping volunteers feel even more prepared and motivated. ☺️

With renewed energy and fresh ideas, we look forward to seeing how volunteers will apply their learnings in the next stages of their journey!
