How is our volunteer Ayse doing in DVC school?

Today let´s read about how our volunteer Ayse spends her volunteering days on her placement. 😊 Enjoy!

"Hi everyone! I'm Ayşe and I'm from Türkiye.
In September, I came to the Czech Republic to participate in a volunteer project in Slezská diakonie. This two-month journey has greatly contributed to my personal growth.

At the school DVC in Český Tešín, I had the opportunity to engage directly with students and touch their lives. Seeing the smiling faces, and warm attitudes of each student reminded me of the true value of my work. Although I initially had some concerns, the school staff and my fellow volunteers helped me feel right at home.

Living in the Czech Republic was also a pleasure; the peaceful environment and welcoming people made it easy for me to adapt to the country.

This experience showed me how different cultures can work harmoniously and how much we can learn from one another. It has enriched not only my professional development but also my life.

As I return, I feel more equipped and fulfilled. Being part of this project has been an unforgettable experience."
