Celebrating the 20th EDYN anniversary! 🥳

At the end of November 2024, we had the pleasure to participate in the EDYN Annual Meeting 2024, which was hosted by our Norwegian partner organisatiton NMS! ☺️ Thanks to being part of this incredible network, we are able to exchange volunteers, ideas, quality measures and know-how to make our programmes better and improve the experience and learning of our volunteers! 😎

During the Annual Meeting, we had the chance to welcome new member organisation into the network (the Presbyterian Church USA), we were informed about the network´s future plans, we were educated on current issues during various workshops, and we explored the intercultural sphere during the intercultural evenings! 

One of the current issue that the nework wants to focus on is the mental health of its volunteers. We as a network realize the current trend of mental health issues in the society and we want to make sure that we help our volunteers to overcome these issues and address them in a correct way! 🧐

Furthermore, we had the great chance to network with our partner organisations 🥰! We have discussed the established processes, programme designs and deepened the parterships! Also, we launched the celebratory year, as the EDYN network celebrates 20 years of existence! 🥳

The energy and dedication of our partners remind us why we do what we do. Together, we’re breaking barriers, fostering inclusion, and empowering communities worldwide. Each conversation and collaboration helps us bring volunteers and communities closer.
