"Hello, my name is Berta, and I am a volunteer with the organization Slezská diakonie. I work at a center in Český Těšín with young people aged 18-27 who have physical or mental disabilities. When I started, I was afraid it might not be what I expected, but now, after four months, I can say it has been the best decision I've ever made. My job is to act as an assistant to these young people, but just seeing them smile and hearing them thank you brightens your day. It's an experience I believe everyone should have."
