A Day at Pohoda: A Heartwarming Experience in Karvina

Recently, I spent a delightful “Day with” at the low-threshold facility for children and youth "Pohoda" in Karvina, visiting volunteer F. from Romania, who is currently working there.

When I arrived, the children hadn't shown up yet. So, I took a look around, met the friendly staff, and saw the preparations.

Once the children started to arrive, I got to meet them and we played some games together⚽🎲😉. The kids were very nice, polite, and full of energy. It was evident that the club has a very positive influence on them, fostering good behavior and a friendly atmosphere.

One of the highlights was a treasure hunt in the garden🌷, prepared by F. The activity was fun and well-organized, bringing out the children's enthusiasm and teamwork.

My time at Pohoda was heartwarming❤️, showing how important places like this are for kids. I'm glad they have a fun place to make friends and enjoy activities like arts and games. It's great to see such a happy environment for them. (Olena, Ukraine)
